Cue up Kenny Rogers. Las Vegas casino executives “don’t expect to break ground on another major building project in Las Vegas for at least 10 years,” according to the Wall Street Journal.
It will be interesting to see if Vegas, as we know it, is even able to survive the next decade. If credit and debt are not as free flowing as they were in the 80’s, 90’s, and early 00’s, does Las Vegas even work as currently constituted?
If you suspect that it doesn’t, I’m sure a few of these stocks would be outstanding short candidates…especially after their recent run up.
