Prediction from T&K Futures. Yes granted, they are obviously inclined towards the bullish end. However their fundamental case is spot on.
A lack of rain last fall hurt the upcoming coffee crop in Brazil (far and away, the largest producer of coffee). Futures were up big yesterday, and slightly up today as I type. Worldwide demand is forecast to climb 2.3% this year. Demand outpacing supply – music to our ears.
Nothing we haven’t discussed before here, but cotton looks ready to take off in the eyes of Agora’s Kevin Kerr.
